Q & A
Q: Why did you become a personal trainer?
A: I’ve been fortunate enough to learn from so many different trainers and instructors since I was in middle school, and want to help inspire healthy change within people the same way my trainers did with me.
Q: What has been one of your favorite client experiences?
A: I find the way we speak about physical ability and our bodies very important, so I was ecstatic to hear from my client that she had been feeling more self-confident in and out of the gym since we started training.
Q: What is your proudest physical achievement?
A: I am capable of benching a plate (135 lbs)! I failed countless times for 2 months straight trying to get strong enough in my bench, and was incredibly proud to finally pull it off. I also ran a half marathon for the first time, in Tokyo this past summer!
Q: Why do you love Orange Shoe?
A: The clients here have very busy lives, but when they come in here, they HUSTLE.
