Growing up in the vibrant community of Madison, I found joy in playing volleyball and tennis. However, after facing the challenges of an autoimmune disorder, I sought solace in yoga. The serene environment and the profound connection between breath and movement captivated me, transforming yoga into my sanctuary— a space where I discovered balance, strength, and inner peace. Inspired by my own journey, I pursued teacher training to share energizing and healing workouts with others. In my leisure time, I love exploring the outdoors through hiking and cherishing time with my pets and friends, all while nurturing my passion for yoga.

Q: Why did you become a personal trainer?

A: I want to help people achieve their fitness goals and remind them to breathe through stress in and out of the gym.

Q: What has been one of your favorite client experiences?

A: I love helping clients lose weight, gain strength and become more flexible.

Q: What is your proudest physical achievement?

A: Achieving greater flexibility and strength in my own practice and creating sequences that promote physical well-being and mindfulness for diverse student groups.
