Q & A

Q: Why did you become a personal trainer?

A: After struggling through countless injuries from gymnastics, I found a passion for weightlifting and preventative medicine. My goal is to help clients avoid injury and help lessen chronic pain through movement. Additionally, I want to help my clients develop confidence and comfortability in the weight room.

Q: What has been one of your favorite client experiences?

A: I find the most joy in helping clients achieve goals they never thought were possible, whether that is through weight loss, pain management, or strength gain. I have loved to see my former athletes fall in love with exercise all over again.

Q: What is your proudest physical achievement?

A: Broadly, learning resistance training and learning how to push my body past its limits. Specifically, hiking 6mi with a 2000ft elevation gain in Tahoe.

Q: Why do you love Orange Shoe?

A: The tight knit atmosphere allows for a one-on-one connection between trainer and client. This allows me to truly get to know you and help you achieve your goals with an individualized approach!
