Q & A
Q: Why did you become a personal trainer?
A: I became a personal trainer as it allows me to share my passion for exercise to help guide people toward making healthy lifestyle decisions. I believe exercise is for everyone and I hope to show people how it can fit into their everyday lives.
Q: What has been one of your favorite client experiences?
A: One of my favorite client experiences has been watching someone progress from learning how to hip hinge properly to deadlifting well over their bodyweight for reps.
Q: What is your proudest physical achievement?
A: I’m most proud of being overcoming lingering past injuries and improving my mobility over the past few years. This has allowed me to perform many exercises that I used to struggle with such as snatches and overhead squats.
Q: Why do you love Orange Shoe?
A: I love that Orange Shoe offers a space used exclusively for personal training. This ensures access to space and equipment, creating a low stress environment for both the clients and trainers.
