About
I completed my bachelor’s degree in kinesiology at UW-Madison. During my time as a student, I gained a lot of experience training other students and staff, and I am eager to continue to build on those skills as a personal trainer at Orange Shoe. I am an active person, and a firm believer that physical activity should be fun. I love to run, bike, dance, rollerblade, snowboard, and work on puzzles.
Q & A
Q: Why did you become a personal trainer?
A: I got my certification in personal training to share my wealth of knowledge in the field I have gained over the years and to help people reach their personal fitness goals.
Q: What has been one of your favorite client experiences?
A: I previously worked with a PhD student whose primary goal from exercise was to manage stress. This was a unique experience for me. I felt as though we equally learned from each other throughout our time working together and I really value that.
Q: What is your proudest physical achievement?
A: This past November, I ran my first marathon. Marathon training was hard and time consuming, but incredibly rewarding once I crossed the finish line.
Q: Why do you love Orange Shoe?
A: I love Orange Shoe because of their values. I am proud to be a part of a team that prioritizes fun workouts for clients that are applicable to everyday movement.
