Robert Bibrowicz
BS, NSCA | Fitness Professional
Andersonville Personal Trainer and small group personal training
About
Robert received his Bachelor's Degree in Kinesiology at the University of Illinois at Chicago, where he is also currently pursuing his Masters in Kinesiology. Initially starting off there as an Accounting major, he soon realized that his true passion was fitness and more importantly, helping others achieve their fitness goals. He is a nationally certified personal trainer through NSCA. Since a young kid, he has always been in love with sports and exercise and so personal training just made too much sense not to do. Outside of training, he is an avid soccer player, loves listening to music, and loves to travel.
Q & A
Q: Why did you become a personal trainer?
A: Growing up I've always been a big sports fan and have always been active as a result. And after realizing how much of a difference I can make in people's lives through exercise, personal training just makes sense and seems like the perfect fit for me.
Q: What has been one of your favorite client experiences?
A: I had a client who, after working with me for several months, has become more independent in her everyday life. She is now able to perform tasks such as lifting certain objects and walking up stairs. This might not seem like a lot, but it means a lot to her and her overall functional ability has improved drastically.
Q: What is your proudest physical achievement?
A: Running an 11:10 two mile
Q: Why do you love Orange Shoe?
A: The atmosphere is extremely vivid and joyous and really makes me want to come in everyday. Everyone seems to be happy when working out at The Shoe, and has the goal of bettering themselves each time they show up.
