About
Ted Fournier began his fitness career as an Andersonville personal trainer with Orange Shoe in 2012. Ted is a graduate of UConn with a bachelor’s degree in Finance (2006) and is a Certified Personal Trainer through NPTI (2012). His dedication to health and fitness began after a tremendous recovery from multiple traumatic injuries received in a 2007 car accident. Ted believes that everyone should have an opportunity to live a fun, healthy, and fit lifestyle, whether they are disabled or an athlete. He enjoys helping clients find a way to fall in love with fitness and believes workouts should be approached with excitement and serve as an escape from daily tasks. Ted is drawn to the challenge of developing goal-oriented programs for clients of all background and fitness levels.
