About

Tiffany is a retired dancer and is excited to share her lifelong kinesiology knowledge with you! She studied Theater and Dance at Southeast Missouri State University and is a NASM Certified Personal Trainer. She began her professional coaching journey in 2018 as a group instructor for strength training, HIIT, and Barre fitness, and is now ecstatic to bring her colorful personality to the Orange Shoe floor. In her spare time, you can catch her playing drums, hiking with her two dogs, and cycling through audiobooks.

Q & A

Q: Why did you become a personal trainer?

A: I wanted a career that I was passionate about. I had acquired all of this physiological knowledge from my years dancing, and now I'm so proud to apply that brain power to helping others succeed.

Q: What has been one of your favorite client experiences?

A: One of my clients began not being able to hold a plank for more than 15 seconds. She is now confidently challenging her high school students to push-up contests. WERK!

Q: What is your proudest physical achievement?

A: I relocated to Idaho after college and unfortunately, fell into a primarily sedentary lifestyle. I hadn't moved my body in about 8 months when my friend took me skiing for the first time. I made it one full run down the mountain from top to bottom before my legs gave out and they had to pull the car around - my muscles were so deconditioned and fatigued I couldn't walk out. After that day, I vowed to myself to never be fully stagnant again because it affected my ability to experience activities that brought me joy. My proudest achievement is staying true to that vow because I wouldn't have been able to ski all over the Rocky Mountains or hike up some of the tallest peaks without it.

Q: Why do you love Orange Shoe?

A: I love the variety Orange Shoe has to offer in every sense of the word: a diverse client population to connect with, private training sessions on top of fun group classes, and a positive team I enjoy working with. Orange Shoe has something for everyone to enjoy!
